A Tendering Manager is required for our US based team to ensure the accurate completion of tenders for the Houston Sales team, review and approve purchase orders from clients, and maintain reporting for management on Tendering activities.
The Tendering Manager – Houston will prioritize tendering team activities to achieve the Sales team’s requirements and oversee/maintain all necessary tendering team processes/procedures. Additionally, coordination with the Sales team and management will be required to set and maintain pricing/costing standards in line with company financial objectives.

As the successful applicant you will possess excellent communication skills, together with the ability to work calmly under pressure. Clear evidence of commercial knowledge gained from a proposals or project management background, while displaying responsibility and professional conduct.
Business management knowledge is necessary, as the role has a significant influence on the company’s financial performance. The successful applicant will also hold a degree in an engineering subject, or relevant experience gained in an engineering field. Ideally, previous experience in a similar role and or environment. Must hold a US passport and valid driving license as travel to meet customers and clients is a necessity.
