We are currently seeking a proactive individual to join our Stores Department. This role involves managing goods and materials for the manufacture of cables, hoses, and umbilical’s, ensuring smooth operations in Goods In/Stores, kitting, and dispatch.
As a Stores Person your main responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Forklift Truck license, including experience with counterbalance and flexi trucks. You should have a strong background in manual handling, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. A positive work attitude, combined with exceptional organisational and time-keeping abilities, is essential. The role requires someone who can work both independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and follow set procedures. Proficiency in paperwork and documentation, along with experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, is vital. You should also be computer literate, with knowledge of MS Office and Visual systems
